GEORGINA COLMAN is a multi-disciplinary artist and filmmaker who found her passion for filmmaking whilst taking part in the BFI Film Academy run through Rural Media. In 2016 this experience led her to apply for and get accepted to make her first short film “Turmoil” as part of the Random Acts scheme, an Arts Council England/Channel 4 project that supports young artists between the ages of 16-24 as they take their first steps into moving image production. In 2017 she started studying Film at Falmouth University where she has been working hard to improve and widen her skill set by learning as much as she can and using this knowledge to help in the making of all university projects that she has been a part of.  

 

Georgina’s most recent short “Epoch” merges her passion for the environment with her interest in social issues.
